We offer a curated selection of designs on our website and are always excited to bring your unique ideas to life. If you have a custom project in mind, we’d love to hear from you and explore how we can create something special together.

Design set-up

Once we receive your design, our team will carefully convert it into a professional embroidery file, ensuring a clean, high-quality stitch result.

For DTF printing and HTV, we require a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background to achieve the best outcome.

Additional fees may apply depending on design requirements.

Embroidery and Personalisation Production

Once your design is approved for embroidery or printing, we use high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship to complete your order within the agreed timeframe.

Products listed on our website are typically dispatched within 3 to 4 business days.

Should there be any changes to this timeframe, we will notify you promptly.
